About the house - very comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Three generations had privacy and good space for meals and talking. A great layout, especially with the downstairs bedroom (with queen and twin bed) and bath. We sent the three teens downstairs at night and enjoyed the quiet upstairs. Booked Atlantic Resort with SIebert. On the day of our arrival they claimed a problem and "upgraded" us to Regency North. How it was an upgrade isn't clear: same number of rooms, pools, other amenities. House was dirty, had to wash all the dishes utensils, and counters before using. One dishwasher poorly mounted, tilted forward when lower shelf pulled out, neither of two washing machines worked, ice makers broken or filthy, AC was broken and fluid dripping into one bedroom (they fixed AC), light bulbs burned out, one shower drain very slow, pool area very sandy, etc. etc. They basically told us to take a hike when we asked for compensation back.
